Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. MAHSA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
