Worldwide Shipping
We ship to customers all around the world. No matter where you are, MAHSA can reach you. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country — these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $40. Orders under $40 are subject to a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@mymahsa.com.
Customs & Import Duties
MAHSA ships internationally and is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local government and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, please note that during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control — such as weather disruptions, customs delays, or carrier issues — delivery times may be slightly longer than expected. We appreciate your patience.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. MAHSA Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@mymahsa.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or Stolen Packages
