1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every MAHSA product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund — no questions asked.


2. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • You have your original order number or proof of purchase
  • The item was purchased directly from www.mymahsa.com

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, simply contact us at: info@mymahsa.com

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return (optional but appreciated)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. MAHSA Beauty is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Orders returned after the 30-day window
  • Items not purchased through www.mymahsa.com
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable)

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@mymahsa.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary
  • Contact your bank directly
